Objective
Green growth indicators are used to help achieve economic growth and development while ensuring the preservation of natural assets that countries rely on. The green growth indicators complied by our principal, Rob Smith, are provided to the Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Yerevan with the goal of green economic growth in Armenia. The table lists each indicator as well as the methodology and data sources used to compile each indicator. The indicators are divided into four sections:
- Indicators of environment and resource productivity
- Indicators of the natural asset base
- Indicators of the environmental quality of life
- Indicators of economic opportunities and policy responses
Our Role
Our principal, Robert Smith, complied this document on green growth indicators for Armenia in collaboration with Edward Safaryan of the OSCE Office in Yerevan and Armenian experts Erik Grigoryan and Artashes Shaboyan.
